Managing Users and Roles in Azure AD B2C Using Azure Portal

Prerequisites

  1. You should have access to the ‘QED Developer Portal’ tenant. You can email Developer Portal support team for the required access.

Access Azure AD B2C tenant

  1. Access Azure Portal in your web browser.

  2. Click on the ‘gear’ icon on the top-right of the screen. Switch directory

  3. Switch to the ‘QED Developer Portal’ tenant. Select QED Developer Portal tenant

  4. Navigate to Azure AD B2C. Navigate to Azure AD B2C Azure AD B2C

    Manage users

  5. View users: In the left navigation pane, click on Users under the Azure AD B2C section. Here, you can view the list of users. View users

  6. Add new users: To add a new user manually, you can click on New user and provide the necessary information.

    Assign roles

  7. To assign a role, select the user.
  8. In the next screen, click on Groups in the left navigation pane.
  9. Then, click on ‘Add memberships’ and choose the group to be be assigned and click on Select button. Assign role to user
